1950's Simplex 'Tour de France' bottle cage & Philippe stem

Hi,
I am looking for a wire type 1950's Simplex 'Tour de France' handlebar (single bottle) cage and also a Philippe alloy handlebar stem with a length (centre of expander bolt to centre of bar clamp) of 90 or 95mm.
These are the last two items needed for my restoration project so if you can help then please get in touch.

I'm sure I have at least one Phillipe stem but the branding on them is Milremo as they had stems privately labelled for them, so don't know if that would suit you? I'd also need to check the lengths.
