Closon frame, Schwinn forged fork.




Wheel build with a vintage Morrow coaster brake, inch pitch.

The Schwinn bolt on front canti brake was shot. The cables were worn out and the cloth cable covers were rotted off. I had to adapt modern cables to work with the old Schwinn goof ball design.

The cut down cruiser handle bars moved when you hit rocks or woop de doos. A hole drilled and threaded stopped that.

It’s orange so I made it into a beer bike. I used this beer decal for a head badge.

I give it a test beat, nothing broke, not the 80 year old chain or the 80-90 year old coaster brake. The Schwinn canti brakes were pretty bad, but didn’t break. 2000+ racers, I started at the back.
