19" 95 Kona Explosif frame, TB P2s, Control Centre SOLD

I could really do with shifting this, so I'm open to offers and / or splits, otherwise it'll be the dreaded ebay :-(

Lovely frame but too big for me :(

I can't quite tell from those photos whether the Project 2 is a 94 or a 95. They were the same structurally, and the same decals, but the 94 was a silver colour and the 95 bronze - pretty much the same as the bronze colour in the spiral. It had a Project 2 on it from when it left the factory of course, as it has Race Light decals. I think that might be quite rare actually - not very rare, but I think the great majority were sold with suspension.

Sorry for hijack :)

So if customer had ordered lava dome/cindercone specced with suspension
Would the "mountain shock" decal be present ?

Good luck with sale

Anthony, thanks for your reply. The forks are bronze so that confirms them as 94. I didn't realise it being a rigid race light version made it slightly rarer

I'm very sorry, I typed that wrong, now corrected. If they are bronze they are the 95 fork, and therefore likely the original item. I imagine the Control Centre must be original as well.

And in answer to Plus One, yes they left the factory like that, so the Kona importers would have a stock of Lava Dome Race Light boxes and a stock of Lava Dome Mountain Shock boxes. They would send the shop whatever you ordered. But I think the great majority of Lava Domes were Race Light, and the great majority of Explosifs were Mountain Shock.
