18" steel flat top tube bike/frame

Looking for something late 80s/early 90s, that has a flat top tube and 18", that can use V-brakes or modern cantis. Spec not an issue as long as condition is good.

Examples of the sort of thing include '89 Saracen Tufftrax, '89 Claude Butler Banshee etc. Anything considered but the more complete the better. No front suspension please.

Can offer cash, or swap for a well specced 1996 Kona Cinder Cone.

I've got a 90 Diamond Back Apex F&F in the pearl white/smoke blue fade. I'd need to double check for size but it's ballpark 18".
I've been saving it, but it's never going to get built sadly.
