18" or 19" frame for my son - Broken frame fiasco! SORTED!

I have just discovered a disastrous crack in the frame of my son's bike.. We have been riding quite a lot this week, so I'm really glad I noticed it. The frame is in pretty good nick outwardly, so the rust must have taken hold on the inside, weakened the joint and cracked around the tube.

So, I need another frame, Something 18" or 19" BB centre to top of seat tube. I am not looking to spend too much, as cheap as possible would be good. Let me know what you have.

Might be too big, but I have an 18" '92 GT Richter 8.0 True Temper GTX frame you can have for £25 posted. Being a GT it's prob around 20.5" c-t of the seat tube though.
