I am slowly having to admit to myself that this frame might be a tad too small for me...I kinda knew it all along but the reality is starting to hit me

Would anyone like to buy the frame, seatpost shim (down to 27.2mm) and blue CK headset for £200 posted? The headset was bought brand new from America and has obviously never been ridden on

The frame is beautiful and the headset is unridden.

This ad comes with a warning though...I might get the measuring tape out and change my mind :?

EDIT - no longer for sale, the mean people of retrobike made me do it.

I can understand selling the frame if you're short of dosh, but I'd sell the missus and kids before I let that beauty go!! :D

So much of that bike is identical to stuff I've had - I even owned an identical frame last year, so there's at least one other forum member with a doppelganger! Also, if I move my head slightly, I can even see those X-Lite bar ends sitting on a shelf in the room I'm in now.

If the seatpost is set at the right height for you in the picture then it looks very much in proportion. Unless you have another project in mind, it looks like a keeper to me.

Oh, and I'd kill for that chainset.

That's the problem, the seat is about 3cm too low

None are you are helping, NONE I TELL YOU!!

(thanks for all the comments chaps  )

Might be tempted to let you have the Prestige back if you want Mike? I love it, and will build it, but I can't help looking for a Clockwork frame as they've always been my favs

I'm not bothered either way and I will not be selling the Prestige to anyone else but PM me if you let the P7 go and need an Orange fix.

Frame too small.

People say that about my hack, but I just went and got the longest seat post I could find :)
Luckily the top tube length isn't too bad and the forks I stuffed on it have plenty of height to accommodate all of the spacers.
