I think it's a size 18.

Made of Tange Prestige Concept (as also used on contemporaneous Rockies) and hand-painted by the man who inspired Rocky to use sloping top tubes when he worked there in 1986/87. Note also the feature here that some 1990 Konas exhibit of the seatstay attaching to the seat tube slightly higher than the top tube, a la Brodie-inspired Rockies. I should have thought a Rocky Mountain devotee would see some merit in this bike.

It's a bit tatty though. There was a really pristine one for sale recently, which failed to reach its reserve (£125 highest bid). I couldn't understand why, as lesser-quality mid-range Konas of a few years later usually fetch a lot more than that. Anyway it hasn't been re-listed, so perhaps the seller agreed with me.
