Can you pls pm me with list of parts and some more detailed photos.Do you know much about pedigree of bike and its history.Would it suit a lad of 5-6 in height or 1.68 metres as the new uns say?

Many thanks
John

hi this used to be my bike.

i am 5'10 and used it with a longish seatpost - i'm confident it will suit you fine.

khs made (and still do) some really good bikes. they are not a huge household name in the uk as they were not imported for very long but everyone i know who has one loves it.

this frame is the pro which was 2nd to top of the range. it is made from true temper tubing and is very light and responsive. i would have it back ina heartbeat but i have a khs team on the way.

back in 1993 the montana pro rated best in test in an mbuk test of race bikes. 5/5 in every category.

hope that helps, dave

need this gone so 100 for the bike as you see it in the pics but will need a new chainset and you arrange your own corrier

I am sorry to hesitate but where has the original componentry gone;has the frame been stripped and parts sold off_ Iam a bit confused-sorry
John

I am not a spammer and if you told me something why not put the info up for all to see.Are you selling a bike or a frame or what?I will await your reply and try to find out what a spammer is-is this a bit kinky or what.It sounds like a form of onanism!I know life is lonely in Brigg looking out to Holland to pass the time but in Sheffield therte is stacks to do apart from stripping down old bikes and bangers.

If you read the thread it's clear to see that originally he was wanting 150 for the bike or 100 for frame, fork and a few parts. He is now asking for the full bike.

And for the record i can't see holland from here. Mind you, it is dark. I'll spend tomorrow trying to look for it. After all, there's nothing else to do.

Free bump for a fantastic frame from a very honest seller.

I dont know what a free bump is but I see you are implicated as one of the owners.Perhaps you stripped the bike and sold it on as a KHS.I simply want a reliable bike for teenage lad-I am not a retro except with my dress code.If I have caused offence I am sorry but I am quite capable of reading but when advertising the onus is on the vendor to be clear and unambiguous.

I hope life in NE Lincs is as exciting as always. The Humber bridge is being painted at present and therew has been an exodus from Imminghamby all accounts.

Best wishes

look mate,i have told you the crack with my bike by our phone conversation and the p.m's that we sent before that and when we spoke you said you wanted it and was going to make payment after the call or tomorrow.you did none of them then you come back to me the other day asking the same thing on my thread again.i dont no what your game is mate but buy some one else's bike as mine is no longer for sale

I am glad you got a sale and thanks for the advice about gifting
John

I will no doubt find another bargain bike a sthey come up often it seems!
