Looks more like a 14.5 than a 16? GT measure ctc not centre to top, so for it to be a 16 would have to be 16 inches ctc to be a 16.

It's a 14.5 then, looks like several in that size I have had, the 16's are more like an 18 in other manufacturers sizes i.e. Kona.
