14T or 15T sprockets from a cassette

I need to replace my 16t on my SS and I d like a 14t or 15 t .

an old one from a disused cassette would be fine . I ma not after a freewheel one , it needs to come from a cassette so that i can fit it on the hub with spacers .

WHY ?

I've got an old XT cassette in the garage, I'll have a look and see whats on it...
