What kind of budget, I've got a blinding pair of Wheels.
Lovely chromed Pelissier Brevete hubs (with original QR levers) on Weinmann rims that are 16mm wide so not too narrow, 36 double butted spokes all round (rustless rather than stainless but they do poish up nice). The OLN on the rear is 118.5mm basically just needs a spacer as I've being too lazy to put one on & I really need 122mm in any case as I'm pinching the stays in a bit.
Braking surfaces are in good nick, very little wear with nice flat surfaces, these brake fine with the older pads never mind newer decent compounds. No dings and all straight, they've being completely cleaned and the hub shells cleaned out, fresh grease applied and readjusted so they spin up very nicely.
Included is a barely worn 14-24 Suntour Perfect 5 speed freewheel and a pair of 23mm whitewall Wolber tyres that are very useable+tubes
