If it's Campag cranks it really ought to be one with an ISO taper.

This sort of thing. The Campag one is rebuildable, takes industrial bearings.

In the past I have successfully mounted campag cranks on Shimano sealed BB units. Admittedly it's not one for the concours merchants and it might have slightly destroyed the tapers, but worked well for a workhorse commuter.
Fitting Shimano cranks onto a campag BB feels slightly more suspect as you seem to be screwing it home, always wondering if it'll wobble
