Ok i have had these wheels for ears never used them that much Hope purple hubs with purpley gold rims with ringle holey skewers and nos ritchey 2.1 alpha bites and a nos xtr m950 cassette for weight savings

So i popped them on and they dont look that bad ,but it has always grated with me a bit putting British made parts on American frames (anyone else feel like that)

As it is now ,it weighs around 19.5 lbs on my fishing scales still have pedals and chain and cables to fit will weigh it more accurately when finished

Its your bike, so if it gets to you then dont use them, personally i think silver rims would suit it better.

I tried to go mostly US on parts for my yo build but it started costing too much
