How tight is your budget? I've got some wheels that need work that cost me £45 collected. Hope disc hubs on red Sun v brake rims. Some spokes need replacing and I think the previous owner painted them black??? Fork wise I've got some Fox rlc100 that whilst not cheap, will be relative to what they usually sell for at £100.
I've also got some magura vidar forks that are mint I can do for £60. Travel might be 80 on these, can't remember.
