1" threadless, rigid mtb fork, and 1" threadless stem

These are surprisingly hard to find. I need something at least 410mm axle to crown. Rack mounts preferred. Rim brake only. Color doesnt matter as long as they are in ok condition.

On the stem I'm looking for a 100 x 10 x 25.4.

Bikeman store in the USA had some Kona P2's, but are now out of stock
Exotic Alu or carbon are an option, but no rack mounts on them.

electrician, I've been waiting on bikeman to get more in stock but I'm losing hope.
