As above. These are for a proper beater build so the more ratty the betterer 
Stem needs to be at least 130mm and with some rise please. I already have something REALLY heavy so just seeing if anyone has anything better kicking around a parts box that they can spare.
The cheaper the better, as this is all just for a frame that I've rescued from the dump
