What that pic does not show is the big brave policeman in his nice safe car with bullbars on the front that was in front of the cyclists and swerved out of the way to leave them open to the looney. Might have been a gut reaction (I would do the same probably, depending on how much time I had to think), but bet he feels a bit sick now.

Yes, I see that photo, it was in the Daily Mirror newspaper yesterday, looked frightening crash.

Is this the Mexican incident? According www.cyclingnews.com it was an organised family ride not an actual race and the driver admitted to cocaine usage.

Following on from this - did anyone hear on R4 this morning that w*****r Tiff Needless whinging about cyclists pedalling at 50mph down one way streets the wrong way, frightening poor unsuspecting car drivers???
