Wanted 1" ahead disc rigid fork

My colleague has a tandem frame but feels disc is preferable for 2 up riding in hilly country. Long-ish inch steerer, he's tall.
Anyone got aught?

I’ve have a 445mm axle to crown Pace RC31 with a longish steerer if still looking. Decent nick.

I think a steel fork with curved blades would look best, also hoping to keep the price at the lower end, but thank you for the consideration
