1" A head rigid forks ?

Yes, they exist. The 1" standard was in decline as threadless steerers were becoming popular though, so there's a limited overlap.

Composite forks like the Bontrager and Tange Switchblade and Pace RC30 have replaceable steerers, and you'll occasionally find one with a threadless 1" steerer. The more common threaded versions can be converted quite easily.

Pace also made their carbon RC31 in a 1" threadless option.

There are also a few unicrown forks around in 1" threadless. Threadless Specialized Direct Drive forks sometimes come along in 1" from the period when S-Works and Stumpjumpers still used 1" headsets (pre '95). Tom Ritchey stuck with 1" longer than most. Tange sold a generic 1" unicrown fork with a long threadless steerer.

My old Stumpjumper has a Sycip touring fork I picked up from eBay years ago:

And one last option. Sometimes a threaded fork built for a big frame has enough steerer length to be used threadless in a small one.
