This seller in the US has a selection of NOS Flexstems, bags of Flexstem Elastomers, rather lovely Titanium Flexstem / bar combos and even Proflex framesets. The problem is that he doesn't ship internationally. You may be able to find a way though...

Hiya, had a dig through my spares - I thought I might have one. I’ve unearthed this if it’s any good?
It’s a little scruffy and the elastomer was long gone but I found a bushing in a skateboard truck that sorta fits.
How’s £10 + postage sound?
