hes gonna ask you to go measure the stack height in a minute, though i have a feeling that it 45mm to, but i might be wrong, coz i have been once

ahhhh thats factory grease in the bolts not rust, heres it from the other side, the stem is perfect

If the stack height is the height of the bit that clamps round the stem it's 40mm and the bolts look new to me..
