1 1/8" Ahead stem with cablerouting

I'm desperately looking for a noodle/roller/canti-able 1 1/8" stem.

Ideally it should be rather short with some rise, but any stem should do.

Thanks for the offer, but I'll hold out to the last minute to use a steerer clamp noodle as a last resort
