1 1/4 quill stem to 1 1/8 aheadset adaptor

Does anyone know where i can order one of those adaptors that allows me to run a standard 1 1/8 ahead stem with my threaded 1 1/4 forks?

Some dudes in Boston sell them but minimum order is $100

Have you tried phoning St John Street cycles? Theres some stuff listed on their site but not what you want to do. Always seem to have bits and bobs for this kinda job.
