my narrower chainring bolts arrived this morning,which has allowed me to ditch the slightly rusted ones and the ugly washers i had used
they were available in packs of 4 or 5
even though i only needed 4, it wasnt that much more for the 5th so i went for it
it found a home anyway

i'm guilty of that too, especially on my Mountaincycle, staring at the stem/bars setup, very risky
quite often i'll swap bikes mid ride with someone just so i can see how mine looks
