hi guyz

my last purchase, a bike that made me dream in 1996, when I was young and poor

GT LTS-3

10000 francs in 1996, shifters derailleurs STX, brakes crankset hub Alivio, Mavic wheels, Rock Shox Quadra 5...
12,7 kilos !

I'm happy as a kid :xmas-big-grin:

there is work to do : the saddle rails are twisted

V-Brakes instead of Alivio cantilevers, the Rock Shox is blocked :

shifters STX works, GT grips are dead :

the dream crankset :

the idea is to switch it to full STX, I have Mavic Crossride wheels, Manitou Mach 5 fork, and some small modifications

to be continued...

Re:

You have to love an Lts. Good work Nico. Built to ride
Im acquiring parts for my Lts-1 frame. But I don't want to make it too precious to ride!

Re:

thank you Pete

a very decent price in my opinion : 50 euros !
the seller was very nice, he's an Englishman living here, in Savoie
it was his son's bike, who doesn't care anymore...

your Easton carbon riser bars will will go on the GT :xmas-wink:
