Get out of the retrobike game.. I've built up a 95 Hei Hei as a "gravel" bike, and a 96 king kahuna as a restomod, and I'm officially done. Though I do have a 98 Blizzard I'd like to restore to original status; I do have all the original parts for it handy.

Hah, I've got the ti race bar and the ti post, but no ti stem nor fork on my Hei Hei. All of them together would be the holy grail.

Here's the aforementioned Rene Herse Humptulips Ridge in 26"x2.30 on a '95 Hei Hei. I waited over 2 years for GravelKings to come back in stock at my LBS, and when nothing came around I grabbed these and I really like them.. at that price I'd better be!

Here's a '95 Hei Hei built up as a lite "gravel" bike. Original '95 decals, P2 triple butted fork, ti bar, XTR M950 goodies, XT hubs. Only thing I think I might change is for an O-beam Ti seatpost, but it rides very nicely as it is.

Could be something King licensed to Blackspire for a few years.. I have a Cane Creek VP-A51A that I was pretty sure was a Cane Creek when I bought it from the LBS, but when I reached out to Cane Creek, their response was, May be a similar situation here..

It's definitely not a 98 Blizzard as it doesn't mounting holes for the anti-chain suck device under the chainstays.

I bought Bomber Z2 decals from Gil @ RetroDecals. If he doesn't have them he can design them for you but it'll cost more.

Legit curiousity.. what's the difference between XTR cable and non-xtr cable? i recently came across a bike with Shimano outer grey cable - is this the fabled unicorn XTR outer? Is there any difference in the inner sheathing?
