I went with Ambrosio Excellights on my 90's Colnago. Very pleased.

The brakes are not Chorus. Not the "true" monoplaner construction where one arm sorta go through the other. These are monoplaners: I'm thinking Veloce or Mirage.

Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I've mounted a brand new Phil Wood square taper BB with the ITA cartridge cups on a Colnago Master I'm restoring. Because of the way the BB and the cups are constructed, you are basically able to position the thing any way you want inside the shell...

Does anyone know if the Campag Record "Titanium" 8-speed Ergopower levers is compatible with older 8-speed derailleurs? I know the Titanium groupset uses a different cassette and body from the other, older 8-speed Record groups, so want to make sure the levers I found will work with the other...

Most older Campag outer chainrings are marked for example "52/39", indicating the number of teeth and the most suitable inner ring. However, there are also some that are marked for example "52 AS". Does anyone know what the "AS" stand for?
