    magura hs33 on U-brake bosses?

I've completely removed the original U-brake bosses, modified the magura mounts significantly, customised some bolts and washers so that the magura mounts are sandwiched between as much material as possible. The U-brake bosses are much further from the rim than canti bosses. Whilst...

    Right size GT frame?

I'm 5'10", 34" inside leg, my 20" Zaskar is quite stretched out for me (work bike). My 16" RTS & Xizang would probably be better in 18".

HELP! Broken Mech Hanger on GT Xizang.

Re: Re: Not feeling the retro love? It was a bit of an odd decision not to have a replaceable dropout on their flagship model, even more so that it was always going to be very hard to repair. I still say that frame will live again!

Suggestions for a nice steel frame

Re: Re: ? The frame just needs to have the upper section of the seat tube clear, top routed is ok, top pull front mech routing is the problem. I was getting pretty keen on the specialized but narrow rear spacing won't suit any wheels I've got.

HELP! Broken Mech Hanger on GT Xizang.

The frame's worth at least £500 so it's not difficult to justify spending the money on repair. Needs to be welded perfectly square, there's no tweaking it a bit afterwards with Ti, I'd be heading to a Ti frame builder.

Nice Tidy 18" Steel Frame for child seat

Just looking for a frame with seat post, 17.5-18.5" must be down pull front mech, and tidy paint, aiming for under 5lb weight. Kona/specialised/ritchey anything really, must have 1 1/8" headtube. GT's triple triangle doesn't work for the child seat so the Zaskar's days are numbered.

    Brake!

I love maguras, they're brilliant especially with ceramic rims. My 4 off road bikes have hs33s.
