OK right sorry... This is the hub type i want... At present my rear gears fit on over the bearings and there is a small nut type screw that then hold the rear gears on. I have a rear wheel now with the newer type hub as shown in the photo. How easy is it to change the Hubs ???

OK many years ago I had a custom bike built by my dad. It had front end shocks and also a stem with suspension built in to it, (may have been small rubber rings. Does anyone know if these are still made and if so any photos of current makes.. Cheers chaps.
