SJS have them, although they're not cheap (both in price and postage), the shims actually come with some (older?) shimano mechs so someone might have one (or maybe not)

found a few mtb VHS videos, I on't have a video machine any more so rather than skip only £1.50 each to cover the postage (UK). they are: exploding mountainbikes - from 1993 with david bakersian robets, sally hibberd dirt - from about 1996? with JMcRoy on the cover, also has dave hemming...

having a clear out of some of my retro clothing, all clean (and the endura shorts are never worn). £5 posted each (to UK 1st class standard) 94 Kona shorts (santini made) size M (fits me at 34" ish! waist), the elastic in the waist is snaped in two places but they still stay up fine Trek...

although its a 58cm frame, it's kinda smaller than that, with a CTC seat tube of 54.5cm and an effective top tube of 56.6 - hows that for making it smaller? :D

For sale a 58cm Van Nicholas Yukon Frame (see http://www.vannicholas.com for full details); it's a lovely frame suitable for fast road/commuting/Audax use (deep drop brakes with mudguard clearances) but it's basically too small for me (6'2") so I've really not ridden it much over the past 2yrs...

still available, the hanger has a 25.4mm bore (or 22.2mmwith alloy shim) - ie fits: 1-1/8 QUILL 1" aheadset 1" QUILL (with alloy shim) it won't fit a 1-1/8 aheadset steerer (unless you machined it out a bit!) no paypal I'm afraid, so prob means UK only, sorry
