Love this frame, but it's a tad long for me. Anyone got a size small please?

Hi everyone. I won this Bike at a local auction. I love these bikes, but this frame is a tad too small for me. it's only problem is laquer peel, but the frame is sound otherwise. Would anyone have a smaller one they'd be interested in trading with me. Long shot, but I thought I'd ask

Nice set of retro pedals on good over all condition for the year. One axel might either need a new bearing, or else the axel has a tiny bend in it, so not heard to replace. on the same pedal the out cage was probably hit a few times and has a few bends that could easily be bent out, but nothing...
