My 1995 Blizzard patiently waiting for the day I decide to build it up again. Come to think of it I’ve owned it for 30 years now, over half my lifetime.

Started the build today, went with 26” wheels, got some Maxxis tyres that’ll compliment the green with the big yellow logos. Lots of rust in the BB shell but the threads are still good after a clean up 😊

Even though it always feels wrong going into work on the weekend it was well worth it. A big vice and a little determination freed the seatpost fairly easily, also took the opportunity to straighten the rear mech tab. Noticed that the colour is even cooler than I first thought, looks like it...

Wow another Intense beauty! 😎 Love M1s in team colours, all that surface area lends itself to custom paint schemes. So I guess DBS was yet another manufacturer who rebranded M1s for their downhill riders?

Interesting I had no idea that there were two different shades/names. Brown anodised sounds nice too, always liked the look of King stuff in brown, but I imagine that it'd only work with certain frame colours.

Love the way you've used an older paint scheme and decals, looks great especially with the Deemax wheels. I also had one of these around 15 years ago (in red)
