I'd second using Wise. I've been using them for a long time for transfers, purchases from abraod and while living abroad. Nothing but good experiences both technically and with their customer service.

RS1s, I think. RS2,3,4 went to four bolts to hold the spider in place before the later lockring style. Nice haul!

It's probably less confusing for people if you use GT's sizing, which was measured C-C. If I understand correctly, you are looking for an 18" GT frame, which measure about 20.5" C-T.

From the number, the frame was USA made in June 1993.

If it is from the top, it is 18" in GT sizing.
