For the last time, the adaptor is on upside down. Just rotate it 180 on the same plane and bolt it on.

Have you tried putting the adaptor on the right way round yet? It's upside down. You will also need a bigger disc.

ok. That's better. In the first pic-the silver adaptor... I think it's not fitted the right way round. I think it's upside down or back to front. That's why it doesn't fit and the caliper won't sit over the centreline of the disc. The other pic- the black formula adaptor is completely...

I collect various old tat. Mainly race and rally programes and memorabilia from the 1950's to the 1980's. Prices have risen over the last few years so I've backed off. If something rare and Le Mans related comes up I usually have a punt though. Otherwise it's cars, same as everyone else...

Not so good this week. A drop to 79.4kg from last weeks 80kg dead. Out for a scoot on thursday night and Sunday morning though so hoping to do better next week.

It all depends Ken. We still don't know what adaptor the OP has. Not all Post Mounts are the same you see. The spacings are the same yes, but the distance from the fork centreline can be different- it allows a direct mount of caliper onto a fork for a given rotor size. For example my Magura...

Where is the adaptor then? We need to see the adaptor to be able to help.

The caliper needs pushing further out though- it can't fit between the posts. As I said earlier, they look like 7" post mounts. Even with a directly fitted PM caliper you will need a 180mm rotor, so that rotor is too small whatever caliper you use. Please mount the caliper to your adaptor...

Yours is already sold Rocco. I hope this isn't going to up the price. Let me know when you are ready to go get a box. :wink:

There is no adaptor in the photo???? A standard PM to IS adaptor is all that is needed here with the coresponding sized disc. Nothing custom required at all.

Because to most walkers, us mountain bikers, responsible or not are all the same- idiots. It's the same in the busy parts of the Peaks, despite being on a legal trail and riding with consideration for other users, we have been show hostility by the red socks and fask brigade. It's hardly any...

We did think of doing this as part of our Dirty Big Weekender this year. We decided that due to the rather fragile relationships between mountain bikers and other users in the area, a large group would not be a good idea. Our plan was to walk up in the afternoon and ride down in the evening...

Re: . No reason apart from it was just 90 minutes away and an afternoons work to go and collect it. I did email Adrian a few times but it was weeks before replied and we didn't get round to sorting out a deal. What have you got available?
