A decent bike, so don't give it away. Frame has a nicely crafted wrapover at the seatstay lug and the extra cable guides add a touch of quality too.
Headset looks Campag and worth a bit, and the hubs are almost certainly Campag Record, so that's a set of very good wheels with the Mavic sprint rims.

More than decent, Moulton’s are highly sought after in the US - he didn’t build a lot of frames relatively speaking whilst in the UK too. May be worth offering to post it (internationally) and advertising it on a US biased site.
