Is that for just the face plate or the stem could use the quill if not needed but waiting on fattiman as it's his thread if he takes mine I take yours mate or he wants yours counts me out either way once a hero yours should go

That's just the face plate sir.
I'm going to hold on to the quill bolt and wedge for now.
The quill shaft itself isn't removable.
@fattiman please advise if you want the face plate as priority is yours given you are the OP here.
