'94 IBOC Pro SX - Possible repair

I assume this is something that can be fixed....
Anyone know of someone in BC, ideally on the island who can do so?

1994 Mongoose IBOC Pro SX frame (yes it is going to be for sale) - 19"

Should be possible, it's just a riv-nut. My LBS wouldn't touch one I needed doing due to it being a carbon frame too, but in principle repairable.

As above. Just get the right type of riv nut, a tool, and job done.
