The build is finally finished. Apologies for the modern pedals but this has been built to ride over the summer and not to hang on a wall.

Thinking I should have gone for 23mm tubulars rather than the 25s - they look a bit chunky for my taste.

If you are switching to 23mm and want to get rid of the 25s I’d be interested in taking them off your hands

but you get a comfortable ride on the current state of British roads….

The rims are Ambrosio Metamorphosis which are 21.5 mm wide so a bit wider than the 20mm Mavic rims on my other bike.

I’m tempted to get some 23s for when the bike is hanging up in winter and ride the 25s on a different set of wheels.

For a bike of this stature be nice to have some Mavic SSC Grey rims

SSC and Metamorphosis are both the top of the range rims from their respective manufacturers and they both measure 21.5mm.

The 25s are probably better on the wider rims…
