Start with one. Put the word out. Call dibs. When it arrives take what you need / like. Put some Karma of your own in. Send it on. Each recipient pays postage. Weight is ideally kept under 2kg so that postage remains same for everyone. Think we managed about 5 passes last time before it fizzled out.

Did suggest resurrection of this a while back but I was too late to call dibs on the box I intended to pass on & whoever got it obviously needed the lot lol (can't blame them, can never have too many random bike parts honestly.)
