Show us your…. Shiny parts

Not as cool as those Kooka levers but hey, nice and shiny again which is nice.
Polishing is another thing I would like to learn to do proper. What is your tooling, pads and compounds setup comprised of? Or did you do all of that by hand?

I sand by hand with 800 to 1200 grit. Then I bought a polishing set for the drill at the DIY store. It comes with a rag wheel and blue and white polishing paste. I have a pillar drill, so it works quite well. Finally, I use polish and go over everything again by hand. Until it's enough for me. I use "Elsterglanz" aluminium polish. I know it from my childhood and was always satisfied with it. So it's not a professional material.

Awesome. Thank you. You're in Germany? What else are you going to polish?
Yes I'm from Germany.
I have a couple of headbadges lying here that I need to finish and polish, then a couple of cranks and the topcap of the cattlehead could do with a saying and also polished.

Martian camouflage?
His build thread is awesome and the home anodising experimentation is amazing with lots of detail.
Oh and it's quite a nice frame I guess. ;)

It's detailed so I can go back and check my notes 🙃. Thanks for the plug!
