M6 Titanium Low Head Torx Socket Bolts (T30). Head Dia (dk) is 10mm, Height (k) is 4mm.

Very tough to find and I overpaid but it was exactly what I wanted. 100mm and 5 degrees of rise.

I spent 18 months looking for the right Control Tech stem for mine - 120mm. Very tough to find in the right condition indeed.
