I was pretty tempted to buy this so decided to research a bit. I think it is highly likely to be a Geliano frame, or at least related to Francis Quillon's output in some way.
There are lots of details that match up to various documented frames;

Waitrose delivers once again
At least this Vetta didn't have the hanger sawn off on the way to singlespeed life. Much of the other detail is the usual horror show; stem wedge barely hiding under that top nut, horrendous tape, saddle smashed all the way back. The cherry on the cake was spotting...
Pedals are back together with some new Christophe straps to tie into the red on the frame logos.
Need to find a matching Campag dustcap for the nds at some point, and probably some L clips instead of these M.

Two of my favourites;
The Rich Gangl interview where he showcases his incredible Merckx replica collection is superb. An absolute artist.
This recent one where he puts together a new build with Jeffrey Bock is also really good fun.
@hamster traded me some nice Gran Sport pedals for this as the Milremo pair that came on the bike were flaking and not really recoverable.
I stripped them down and gave them an ultrasonic clean to get the grime off and then a light sand of any road rash spots followed by a gentle polish...
I really like this channel, John gives an amazing insight into the US vintage/collectors scene. He also interviews some incredible framebuilders and significant designers and riders. Lots of beautiful bikes showcased as well of course!
I cycle to work along part of the Oxford towpath and often see some interesting bikes belonging to the narrowboats and houseboats moored there. They change through the year as people move about so theres always something new.
This Columbia was clearly a budget machine but the yellow looked good...
Jagwire and SRAM both offer good quality alu ferrules in black (and other colours). They do have laser engraved logos so maybe not what you want for a vintage build.
