Get those bars rotated down though. If they are pointing up like that to help your reach, move the brakes up the bend a little, and if that doesn't help you might want a bar with shorter ramps.
The rule of thumb I go with is the lower flat section of the bar should be parallel...

Lovely! Very tidy, and a nicer stem! You need some SRAM Red shifters with the red detail to tie in with the logos.. might be a bit excessive for the frame ;)
I really like the functionality and feel of DoubleTap shifters, big SRAM fan from this generation onward.
This is pretty local to me, and whilst my oldest bikes are 20+ years too new to run (1960 cutoff), it was fun to ride over and have a quick chat to a few owners and then watch the grand depart. I took a whole pile of pictures but here are just a few.
Bates trike (cantiflex tubes)...
The red one is a very ratty Phillips, flat plate dropouts and brake bridge. The drivetrain is also orange with rust (zoom on the rear caliper for an idea). I am firmly in student bike territory with plenty of old heaps about so some don't make my cut. 😉
