Nope i did have the part 6 but it just keep on sliding up and down the shaft. Now I think thats the problem, the collar is not tightening when i turn the bolt. Any suggestion on how to tighten the collar ?

Ok I tried wrapping a cloth around the entire shaft by going through the gaps of the spring as what mikee had suggested. it did help a little but its not enough. the whole strut is still wobbling. I tried to dissemble it but the bolt keep rotating with the shaft so it just going round and...

Anyway i tried Orange71 method. it didn't work. any other suggestions?
