BTW id did have pump mounts on the top tube, but both we're broken so I have cut short and filed. Head badge was black and silver rather than multi-colour as most seem to be, although I need to look again and see if it's been painted, as the whole frame was badly handpainted.

Hi all Trying to ID and date a CB frame. Have no information about it's origins. Frame number is 30959 stamped on underside of the bottom bracket, and the same on the steerer. (no additional numbers on steerer tube) I was thinking it was an Electron but they seem to have straight rear brake...
