This is a hand built 28 spoke front wheel, the spokes are aero flat bladed. Owned from new in 1992 it was a TT race only wheel that is in impeccable condition and true having been carefully stored since 1995. The rim shows virtually no marking at all. The tubular is a taped on gum walled...
