When a message raises more questions than it answers: Taken from the Geliano Website: 1986!!! The bike introduced in the article in France is more or less identical with mine (see above). Based on the frame number and components I guess that mine was welded in 1988. And now the big question...

There are some more 'around' 😉 It could be the prototype 🤔 The welding is a big challenge, but the welds look pretty nicely.

... and I do hope that nobody ever will 😉. GT was not the first with 'triple triangle design' 😉

Yes - mine has two frame numbers; one on the frame (BB): R901420299 (--> the "90" could indicate that the frame was made in 1990 - even if it is a 1991 model with RS mag 20) and one on the drop-out: 000490, Made by Kastan, Mexico

At least Ciöcc and Dancelli used the Mannesmann / Oria ML 25 spiral tubes for a few mountainbikes (in the late 80th/ early 90th). I will try to post some pictures of the Ciöcc frames I have.

Yamakuni also made some (Koga) Miyata (e.g. Ridge Runner ECS) and frames for Cilo and MTB Cycletech. It is quite easy to identify the frames, since the frame number starts with "YA" [the following number indicates the year of production].

Kona Hei Hei King Kahuna - pretty early TST model; frame No. K 19 005. Should be from 1997 (with 6AL-4V dropout?), or?
