Looks like the canti bosses are a later addition along with the switch from 27inch to 700c wheels so probably a clubman/ Record Ace frame adapted for touring with some good quality components... great find👍

Looking at the 1954 catalogue the PHX10 had the blue and yellow with the addition of the chrome rear triangle and fork. You have a very nice and rare top of the range Peugeot frame 👍
Check the Peugeot Bike Boom catalogue site for when they first used the blue and yellow team livery. Looks like you have a top of the range PLX/E/L frame, the dropouts look like Simplex forged, the rear cable guide is different to those on my 1960 PX10 🤔...

Beryl had a Fastback Time Trial Special built by the Specialist Bicycle Development Unit at the end of the 1982 season. It was repainted several times by Raleigh and ended up repainted by Bob Jackson as seen in 1993....sorry it's not the lo-pro 👍
