Like that it's aero tucked behind the seat tube, there's an old hipster who had one on his aero bike, he didn't have a beard just a cool monochrome hair do 😉
You've got one with the addition of cantilever and shifter bosses. Looks like you have side window long point lugs so same frame as the Record Ace and the Classic which has the additional chrome fork and rear triangle. Have you got the frame number?
Looks like the canti bosses are a later addition along with the switch from 27inch to 700c wheels so probably a clubman/ Record Ace frame adapted for touring with some good quality components... great find👍
Oh no .. not this old Fred 🤣

This one's been around a while, factor in the cost of a full repaint at Argos Cycles and it'll fly 👍

Looking at the 1954 catalogue the PHX10 had the blue and yellow with the addition of the chrome rear triangle and fork. You have a very nice and rare top of the range Peugeot frame 👍
Check the Peugeot Bike Boom catalogue site for when they first used the blue and yellow team livery. Looks like you have a top of the range PLX/E/L frame, the dropouts look like Simplex forged, the rear cable guide is different to those on my 1960 PX10 🤔...
