Short update incase anyone is interested 😁After riding the bike for a few months i decided to go ahead and get it converted to 1x10. Probably not to everyones taste but i am loving the change and getting out on it daily.

Thanks for all the good advice! I like the feel of it so far, but will probably change the saddle/tyres first and use it a bit more before making any more decisions. This site is a great resource.
