cheers, it's the original Flip Flop stem. I just wire brushed it back to bare metal and laquered it. Looks like new again ! Basically stripped any paint I could from the bike to make it as silver as possible 8)

been quite busy in the restoration of the 'ol Zaskar lately. Stripped everything off the frame except the sealed BB, used Nitromoss on any part that had paint, stripping back to bare metal. Cleaned all mechs with toothbrush etc and am at a point now where I'm just waiting for a few XT parts from...

Hi again, I sent in a PM regarding payment, but you may have missed it. Just re confirming my 'order' here for the hard M1s. Nearly got a full bag of bits ready for the 91 Zaskar rebuild. These elastomers will be the final parts needed 8)
